These cute door or bathroom mats are made of leftover fabric that have been cut off the pieces of clothing. Like this we really use every last bit of fabric and every item is unique. Yay for sustainability! 

The size of the mats variate between 45 and 48cm

THESE FLAGLINES MIGHT JUST BE OUR FAVOURITE CREATIONS YET. 

It's not our favourite just because they're the best present to give to anyone, for just about any occasion, and how happy it makes them - Our grandmother still has them hanging in her garden from when we gave them to her on her birthday months ago, and sends us pictures regularly. 

It's also not because they're 6 meters long, which always seems to be a lot longer than we imagine. 

We don't love them so much because they're reusable until forever, and they will be the flags that will decorate all your celebrations to come.

No, those aren't the main reasons why these are our favourites..

It's because every of these flaglines are handmade by women, mostly mothers, in rural India. Women from lower castes and classes, who were left with little opportunities. We help educate these women in the art of sewing, and give them work and income by making these flags. Of course, we pay them really well for it. 

Now that's why they're our favourites. We're pretty sure they will be yours too! <3
