Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All orders above €75 are shipped for FREE* worldwide!

Shipping charges for every order below €75 are:

- €6,95 for shipping to The Netherlands.

€6,95 for shipping within Europe (including the UK).

€12,95 for shipping to the rest of the world.

* It can be that we charge a shipping fee on all orders when we have a site wide sale.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

Our processing time is 1 to 2 working days If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

The transit time for orders after our processing time:
  • The Netherlands is 1 to 4 working days.
  • Europe is 2 to 12 working days.
  • The rest of the world is 5 to 20 working days. 

* These transit times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances.  

** Experience shows that on average a shipment to the US is offered to our customers within 10 days.

  

DAMAGES 

 All our clothing is made out of eco friendly recycled fabrics. We use fabrics that, because of small imperfections, do not have any purpose anymore. 

We try to make sure that when your piece of clothing arrives with you, these imperfections have been noticed and removed. Though, sometimes we make mistakes. If this is the case, please, do let us know. 

Of course we will take your piece back, or find another solution to make you happy again.

DAMAGES DUE TO CARRIER OR LOST PACKAGES 

 
Sadly we cannot guarantee that that local carriers are as careful with the beautiful items as we are. We can sadly not take responsibility for any loss or damage due to (local) post carriers. Most of these carriers are able to see what went wrong looking at your tracking code. If you like to insure your package you can contact us before you place your order.
