Below you will find our terms and conditions, with a little side note; 
We wish for all people involved in our business and it’s processes, to be really happy with working with us.

WHOLESALE PRICES 

We came up with discounts for wholesale customers based on amount of items ordered. This discount will be taken off the retail price mentioned on our website.


10-30 pieces 30% off 

31-49 pieces 40% off 

50-149 pieces 50% off 

150-499 pieces 60% off 

500+ pieces 70% off 

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

Our minimum order value for wholesale orders is €500,- 

SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE

You are free to put any retail price on the Uma Nomad pieces you sell in your shop.

COLOUR SELECTION 

As all our clothing is made from repurposed fabrics, every piece is truly unique; really, there's never a second one like it. Our customers love this. 

We spend a lot of time selecting the most beautiful fabrics. This is where the real work lays for us.

We go through thousands of fabrics only selecting a few hundred of them.

Every piece we inspect thoroughly, and we select only the most beautiful and soft fabrics for our collection.
There is a wide range of different colours and patterns, and after years of doing this we know pretty darn good which kind fabrics will sell well.

When you place your order you will be able to let us know what kind of colours suits your store and your customers best.

For every design you may select your colours of choice. Them being: 

Pastels; soft gentle colours. 
Autumn/earthy tones; deep warm earthy colours.
Bright colours; A fun mix of bright colours that really stand out.
or a mix of them all; colour combination to cater for a broad audience. You will have something for everyone.


DELIVERY TIME AND FEES

Delivery time for wholesale orders lays between 3 and 5 weeks, depending on available stock. 

We ship from The Netherlands, and the costs of shipping  will be billed separately.   - No worries, it’s never very much. As our clothing is super light, we can fit a lot in a box. 

RETURNS 

Within 7 days of delivery a return request can be made by email on info@umanomad.com, stating the order number and reason for the request.      We also don’t mind taking returns for pieces that did not get sold, with a re-stocking change of 15% of the wholesale price.

INVOICE AND PAYMENT

After we have received your order through our website, we will send you the invoice through mail. Here you can pay through a payment link attached to the email, or banktranfer.
